  • 3 plain rice cakes, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 3-ounce can chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups bite-size corn square cereal or oyster crackers
  • 1 cup salted roasted soy nuts
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • Reynolds KITCHENS™ Wax Paper Sandwich Bags


Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F. In a 13-by-9-inch baking pan, gently stir together rice cake pieces, chow mein noodles, cereal and soy nuts.

Step 2

Combine butter, soy sauce and curry powder in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until butter is melted. Drizzle butter mixture over rice cake mixture; toss gently to coat.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Using 12 Reynolds KITCHENS™ Wax Paper Sandwich Bags, fill each with 1/2 cup snack mix. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
