Ingredients
- 1 regular brownies recipe
- 1/2 cup of mint chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of mint M&M’s
- 1/4 cup of chopped Andes Mints
Directions
Step 1
PREHEAT the oven to 350°.
Step 2
ADD the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips to a medium sized metal bowl and put it over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler. Continually stir with a rubber spatula.
Step 3
WHISK together in a separate large bowl the eggs, brown sugar, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and baking powder.
Step 4
COOL the chocolate at room temperature for 10 minutes and then fold it into the eggs and sugar mixture until completely combined. Fold in the mint chocolate chips.
Step 5
POUR the batter into a Reynolds® Bakeware 8x8 Pan and bake in the oven on 350° for 35 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull away from the outside of the pan.
Step 6
REMOVE the pan from the oven and garnish with chopped Andes Mints and Green Mint M&M’s.
Step 7
COOL before serving.
