Reynolds Kitchens Tip
Grilling your ribs in foil is a quick and easy way to prepare a delicious meal with very little clean up.

Ingredients
- 2 racks spare ribs (4 lbs each)
- 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
- Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
For the Rub:
- 1½ Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Remove the membrane from the back of each rack--grip the corner with a paper towel and peel off.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine salt, paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, oregano, garlic and pepper. Spread evenly on both sides of the racks and rub in. Place on two foil-lined baking sheets.
Step 3
Cook for 2½ to 3 hours at 275°F, or until soft and yielding to pressure. At this point, the ribs can be cooled and refrigerated for later grilling. Take out 1 hour before ready to serve.
Step 4
When ready to serve, brush with BBQ sauce on both sides and wrap well in heavy duty foil. Heat grill to med-low. Grill for 5 minutes per side, or until heated through and very tender.
