Ultimate Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Reynolds® Parchment Paper
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 2-1/2 cups chocolate chips


Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder into a medium-size bowl. Beat butter in large bowl until creamy. Add the peanut butter and sugars; beat well. Add vanilla, corn syrup and eggs; beat to blend. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, rice cereal and chocolate chips.

Step 3

Drop by teaspoons onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet

Step 4

Bake in 350 degree F oven 10 minutes or until light brown.

Step 5

Cool 1 to 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
