Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped candied pecans
- Reynolds KITCHENS™ Quick Cut™ Plastic Wrap
Layer 1
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 ounces prosciutto, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Layer 2
- 6 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, caramelized
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Layer 3
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
Directions
Step 1
LINE a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with Reynolds KITCHENS™ Quick Cut™ Plastic Wrap and set aside.
Step 2
COMBINE all ingredients for layer 1 in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to fully combine.
Step 3
TRANSFER mixture to plastic wrap lined loaf pan. Using a second piece of plastic wrap, press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pan to create a smooth and even layer. Cover in plastic wrap and transfer to freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
COMBINE all ingredients for layer 2 in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to fully combine.
Step 5
TRANSFER mixture to plastic wrap lined pan, on top of layer 1. Using a second piece of plastic wrap, press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of layer 1 to create a smooth and even second layer. Cover in plastic wrap and transfer to freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 6
COMBINE all ingredients for layer 3 in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to fully combine.
Step 7
TRANSFER mixture into the cavity on top of layer 2. Using a second piece of plastic wrap to press and smooth top. Cover in plastic wrap and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Step 8
REMOVE plastic wrap from base of chilled cheese log. Invert on to a plate. Remove loaf pan, then remove plastic wrap from cheese log. Cover with chopped pecans before serving. Serve layer 1 with Pinot Grigio, layer 2 with Chardonnay and layer 3 with Riesling.
