Directions

In a food processor, blend onion, bell pepper, garlic and basil leaves until very fine.

In a separate bowl, combine the vegetable mixture with ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, milk, ricotta cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined. Form the meat mixture into the shape of a loaf.

Line a 5-to 6-quart slow cooker with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner. Open slow cooker liner and place it inside a slow cooker bowl. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl pull top of liner over rim of bowl.

Place meatloaf inside a lined slow cooker.

Place slices of mozzarella cheese on the meatloaf, so that none of the meat is visible.

Begin layering individual strands of fettuccine on top of the meatloaf, mimicking the look of a mummy. Adjust the position of the individual strands to cover the cheese.

Once satisfied with the look of your mummy meatloaf, turn on the slow cooker to low, place the lid on top, and set the timer for 5 hours. After 4 hours of cooking, spoon about half the jar of pasta sauce around the bottom of the mummy meatloaf.

Carefully remove lid to allow steam to escape. Using plastic of wooden utensils, lift the mummy to a serving plate. Do not lift or transport liner with food inside. Cool slow cooker completely remove liner and toss.

Just before serving, add some olive eyes to your mummy
